How FreshBox Works
Choose your FreshBox size, the fresh produce you like and love, your preferred collection point and add-ons. Each week, we pack your box based on what is in season combined with your preferences, and deliver it to your collection point. You collect your FreshBox and return your empty box from the week before.
For every 3kg subscribed we purchase and donate an extra kg of fresh fruit to children in Durban most at risk of malnutrition, through our beneficiary partners. Helping with Durban’s Hunger problem is now as easy as eating fruit!
Collection times/days:
- Tuesdays (Glenwood, Morningside, Durban North): 11:00am – collection point closing time.
- Wednesdays (Glen Ashley, La Lucia, Umhlanga): 11:00am – collection point closing time
- Thursdays (Hillcrest, Kloof, Westville): 11:00am – collection point closing time
Once you have confirmed your FreshBox details and made payment you will be redirected to customize your FreshBox. Customizing your FreshBox gives you the opportunity to let us know the split of fruit vs veg you would like and which of the +40 fresh fruit and veg you love, like and dislike.
You can change your preferences at any time by logging into your account.

3. Top up your box with your favourite Add-ons.
Description
Choose your FreshBox size, the fresh produce you love and like, your preferred collection point and add-ons. Each week you collect your FreshBox from your collection point and return your empty box from the week before. Your box deposit fee covers your deposit for 1 handcrafted, upcycled Siberian Pine FreshBox box.
Collection times/days:
- Tuesdays: 11:00am – collection point closing time
- Wednesday: 11:00am – collection point closing time
- Thursday: 11:00am – collection point closing time
You can cancel/suspend your subscription at any time.

Each week we pack your box based on what is in season and your preferences.
